Everything you need to know about America West Fest 2026

PARKING Parking is available on-site at the Event Center starting at 11:00 AM. Parking is free with the purchase of a ticket, or you can upgrade to VIP parking located near the entrance for $25. We recommend arriving early to avoid the rush.
To ensure a fast and safe entry, we have a Clear Bag Policy in effect. Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Small clutch bags are permitted but will be subject to search.

All tickets are digital and will be scanned at the gate via your mobile device. Please screenshot your QR code before arriving at the venue, as cell service can be spotty with large crowds.
For everyone’s safety, the following are not allowed: Outside food/drink, professional cameras with detachable lenses, umbrellas, lawn chairs, large coolers, weapons of any kind, and illegal substances. One factory-sealed water bottle (up to 20oz) per person is permitted.
This is an indoor event. It is therefore a Rain or Shine event. In the event of severe weather, please follow the instructions of festival staff and local authorities. Check our social media for real-time updates on the day of the show.
There is no re-entry allowed once your ticket has been scanned. Please make sure you have everything you need (medication, jackets, ID) from your vehicle before entering the festival grounds.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the event is officially cancelled by the promoter. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your digital ticket to a friend or family member via the original point of purchase.
